We always try and send continuous if multiples are purchased in the same basket.
Uses..We have it in the usual 1mm, 2mm and 3mm but also have it in 4mm and a massive 6mm (nearly as thick as a pencil).
I have also updated the listing to show 1.5mm and 2.5mm.
It can all be used for jewellery making but the 6mm size could be used as handles for bags, drawers, bracelets/wrist bands, belts, horse adornments etc.
I have not noticed any joins and have tugged it to see if it comes apart but over a 3-metre length noticed no problems in strength.
Please note this is sold as a decorative item that seems pretty strong. (Don’t tie an anvil to the ceiling with it).
The 1mm is very thin and not strong at all and I do not recommend it for tying knots in ie Shamballa style bracelets. Nylon would be a better material to use as it is strong and flexible and I sell that in other listings.
Since this is new and dyed it is possibly worth cleaning with a cloth to remove any residue from the dying and to give it a final shine..
The more you buy the cheaper it will work out per metre.
