Large Plastic Round Half Sphere Lug Buttons.
I have shown side images of the buttons as some are higher dome than others. The size given in the selection box is the diameter of the buttons. When using the buttonholes will have to be larger due to the large bump.

You can purchase 2, 4 or 8 buttons using the selection box.
They can be used to repair, update or make clothes etc. Would make great military/ royal costume buttons.
The more you buy the cheaper they will work out per button.
