Please note. The bottom thread is pulled off after installation to help with the sewing part of the installation. Sometimes some fringe may get pulled out of the thread. This is a normal thing that can and will happen due to the nature of the product. If the fringe gets creased during transport it can be taken out using steam from a kettle or iron (if you are unsure do not do it).
