Uses..Gutermann Bobbin thread is a thread that is used when you are doing decorative machine stitching ie embroidery.
It is thinner than normal thread so there is less bulk on the back, especially when doing computerised embroidery.
I would not recommend it in the sewing of garments, especially in places where it would take stress as sleeve joins and crotch etc.
It is also cheaper than standard Gutermann thread so the overall cost is reduced especially if you use it quite a lot.
