Uses.. heavy-duty snap fasteners and refills.
There are 2 types one is for fabric and you use the tools to make a hole and then use a hammer to attach to both sides of the item, ie jacket. The other ones labelled Caravan are the same for the decorative button end but the lower part is screwed onto the metal (pre-drilling), plastic or wood using the supplied screws.
I have used heavy-duty snap fasteners before and they are nice and strong. I used them on 2″ strong elastic webbing which we used to wrap around our sheets of foam when storing.
If you have a basic knowledge of DIY using these shouldn’t be a problem.
